The Lithuanian partners introduce us to the interesting initiative “I Choose To Teach”, an NGO-based effort which allows ambitious future-teachers to get into the profession without an education degree. The video goes over the unique strategies employed by “I Choose to Teach” in their manner of recruiting, choosing and professionally preparing young teachers.
