Greece made a video directed at capacity building in times of crises. A circular framework is offered which is hoped to mitigate capacity issues due to inexistent funding through support, collaborative work & commitment. The framework goes as such: From 1) teachers, to 2) teachers in the school context, to 3) Teachers in group of schools, to 4) group of teachers in region context.
