Tartu International school elected to present the “Values Game”, a fun and reflective tool for initiating dialogue among members of school teams. The game consists of a number of descriptions of realistic scenarios and situations which derive from teachers’ direct professional life and contain a values conflict. The objective of the “Values Game” is to enhance the introspective qualities of students, school culture empowerment and of course the welfare of all students.
